Plum Summer is a Waldorf inspired, nature based, outdoor summer camp on Martha’s Vineyard. Campers will enjoy themed weeks such as Flowers & Bees, Farming, Music, Natural Dyeing, Puppetry, Storytelling and more. We seek to provide a fun and nurturing environment that fosters imagination, creativity, community, and love and respect for the natural world.
Please note that this is an entirely outdoor camp, rain or shine!
Week 1 (June 29- July 2) - Natural Dyeing
Week 2 (July 6-9) - Gnomes and Fairies
Week 3 (July 13-16) - S P A C E
Week 4 (July 20-23) - Animals of the Island
Week 5 (July 27- 30)- Birds and Birdhouses
Week 6 (August 3-6) -Theatre
Week 7 (August 10-13) - Fair!

Serving children 4-11 years old.
Must be 4 years old by June 1st
Camp Fees:
$75 non-refundable registration fee due upon confirmation of enrollment
Current Plum Hill families and families enrolled in Island schools:
$440 per week 4 days $240 per week 2 days
General public:
$680 per week 4 days
$400 per week 2 days

Registration forms are processed on a first-come-first-serve basis. Once your Registration form is submitted Plum Hill will contact you via email within a week to complete the registration process if your requested weeks are available. Registration fees are due upon acceptance, are non-refundable and are additional to camp fees.
Payment in full due by May 21st. Accepted forms of payment include credit card through our payment platform Brightwheel, cash, or check. All camp health forms and waivers are due by May 1st. All payments are non-refundable after June 1st.

9:30 morning circle (songs, verses, sharing)
9:45 activity (gardening, art, craft, games)
10:30 snack
10:45 walk and woods playtime or continue projects
12:00 picnic lunch
12:30 storytime
12:50-1:45 water play/games
1:50 watermelon/popsicles
2:00 goodbye
THE PLUM HILL SCHOOL SUMMER CAMP COMPLIES WITH THE MASSACHUSETTS DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH & THE WEST TISBURY BOARD OF HEALTH
Plum Summer will inform parents at the time application forms are provided that they may request copies of background checks, health care and discipline policies as well as procedures for filing grievances.
